SAFE!! CA, LA "Liam" Blind in 1 eye Chi

This is Liam. He has one blind eye which looks like was deformed from birth. It doesn't bother him at all. He is very sweet and a bit tattered up. He will most likely not get adopted by the public so he will need to be rescued ASAP!
